Nevo Money ("Nevo," "we," "us") provides personal finance tools to help you track accounts, monitor cash flow, and plan ahead. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our apps, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").
We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the Services, including:
- Account information: name, email address, password, and optional profile details.
- Financial data you add: manual accounts, balances, scheduled payments, categories, tags, and notes.
- Linked account data: when you connect a financial institution through Plaid, we receive account and transaction data (such as balances, transaction amounts, dates, merchant names, and categories). We do not receive your bank login credentials.
- Statement uploads: if you upload statements or documents, we process the files and extracted data.
- Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, device information, app version, and diagnostic events. We store telemetry events with a hashed, non-reversible identifier.
- Support communications: messages you send to us, including attachments.
How We Use Information

- Process subscriptions and billing.

- Service providers: We use third-party providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud (hosting, database, authentication), Plaid (bank connectivity), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Brandfetch (merchant branding assets). These providers process data on our behalf under their terms and policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users and the Services.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
AI Features
Some features use AI to extract or enhance information (for example, statement analysis or merchant normalization). When you use these features, relevant data may be sent to AI providers to generate results.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
