These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nevo Money's apps, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
Nevo Money provides tools for tracking and planning, but we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
If you connect a financial institution through Plaid, you authorize Nevo Money and Plaid to access and process your account and transaction data. You can disconnect linked accounts at any time.
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown during checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the data you upload or enter. You grant Nevo Money a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Services.
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Services integrate third-party providers (including Firebase/Google Cloud, Plaid, Stripe, OpenAI, and Brandfetch). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevo Money will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.
