Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. You may use the Services only where they are legally available.

Your Account and Security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Some security features use an authenticator app for sign-in and a separately verified phone number for SMS delivery.

Not a Bank, Lender, or Advisor

Nevo Money is not a bank, broker, lender, tax advisor, legal advisor, or investment advisor. The Services are for general informational and planning purposes only, and you remain responsible for your financial decisions.

Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with Plaid and other third-party providers. By connecting an account or using a third-party workflow, you authorize the provider and Nevo Money to process the information needed to deliver that feature.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Nevo Money is not responsible for products or services we do not control.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be billed through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider we use. Unless required by law or applicable platform rules, payments are non-refundable.

SMS Notification Program Terms

Nevo Money Account Notifications is a transactional messaging program for opted-in users. Messages may include linked-account connectivity alerts, scheduled payment reminders, cash-flow alerts, and month-end status updates.

To receive SMS, you must verify your phone number and turn SMS on inside Notification Center. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, schedules, and settings. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP: Reply STOP to cancel SMS notifications at any time, or turn SMS off in the app.

HELP: Reply HELP for help, or contact support@nevomoney.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the information you upload or enter into Nevo Money. You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display that information only as needed to operate the Services.

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected components, or use Nevo Money for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the Services, or use the platform in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevo Money will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenues.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above.
